About this website
This website is published by POLYCHROMIC and presents our company, products in development and ways to contact us. It does not provide access to the Your Pulse or Platformer apps. Separate terms will apply to any future product access, purchase or funding arrangement.
Development information
Product descriptions and demonstrations describe the stage and scope indicated alongside them. They may include prototype interfaces or simulated information. They do not guarantee a release date, availability, compatibility or a complete feature set. Prerecorded synthetic voice examples are labelled and are not live assistant responses.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or submit malicious content, unsolicited advertising or information you are not entitled to share. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential investment documents through the general contact form.
Content and links
Website materials are owned by Polychromic or the relevant rights holders. Third-party names and materials do not imply endorsement. Applicable open licences and their attribution terms are identified in Credits. Nothing here restricts rights granted by those licences or by law. External links lead to services governed by their own terms.
Contact, waitlists and newsletter
Submitting an enquiry does not create a purchase, investment or service contract. Newsletter signup is optional and separate from product waitlists. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, a release date or a reservation. Contributions are not currently collected on this website. Our Privacy Notice explains the associated processing and your rights.
Availability and responsibility
We seek to keep information accurate but development details can change, and the site may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law
