Does every game in Collection run on my Mac?
No. Collection represents games you own across platforms. Play focuses on games ready on this device. Compatibility, installation and any required store launcher still matter. Cross-platform streaming between Mac, iPhone and iPad is in the works.
Which stores does Platformer bring together?
The Mac experience includes supported Steam, Epic Games, GOG and GameHub games, plus installed Mac App Store and Apple Arcade apps. Source support varies; a game’s presence in a catalogue does not establish compatibility.
Can I use a controller?
Xbox and Backbone controllers are supported, with support for more controllers to follow. You can also use a keyboard and mouse. Individual games retain their own input requirements.
What about iPhone, iPad and Remote Play?
The iOS app will launch alongside the Mac version or shortly after. A cross-platform streaming experience is being developed.
Will Platformer be free?
Platformer will always be free. Optional paid add-ons and experiences will help fund ongoing development and support the product’s growth.
